Step into a world of serene beauty and profound tranquility as you embark on a 6-night retreat with Tamara and Jamie in the magical Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica. Nestled where lush rainforest meets the vast Pacific Ocean, this retreat offers the space to slow down, reconnect, and revitalize your mind, body, and spirit through yoga, Pilates, meditation, and Ayurvedic nourishment.

The retreat is hosted at Nereus Retreat Center, a stunning sanctuary in one of the world’s most biologically diverse regions, the Oso Peninsula—described by National Geographic as one of the most “biologically intense” places on Earth. Bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Golfo Dulce to the east, the Osa Peninsula contains more than 50% of Costa Rica’s wildlife despite occupying just 3% of its land area.
